This time is magic! It gives us the special powers we need to work together in exquisite harmony. We don’t take this lightly - we make sure this dedicated time is used productively so that every single moment counts towards helping you accomplish exactly what you desire.
COME PREPARED
Make sure you show up to all of your scheduled meetings and come armed with information! Data is an absolute must in order to gauge marketing success, so don’t forget to finish the Business Performance Metrics section in your Marketing Roadmap Toolkit. That’ll let us know how well the marketing funnel aligns with your business or sales conversions. Without this info, it’s impossible for us to properly assess how exactly our marketing investments are doing.
MEETING CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
We understand that your time is a valuable commodity! We deeply value our staff, contractors, and other clients—which is why we kindly ask for 24-hours’ notice if you have to cancel or reschedule appointments. But please keep in mind, calendar changes will inevitably alter the project deadlines and milestones.
DEADLINES.
We are aware that deadlines may need to be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances for any of our teams, vendors, or your team. However, each proposal will include detailed timelines meant to cultivate creativity as well as ensure excellent material is created in partnership. If we all stay focused and make an effort to reach our respective goals, then meeting the deadline should not be an issue!

We utilize email to answer questions in between meetings to help manage your marketing strategies, keep your projects aligned, monitor your marketing budgets, and ensure we hit the milestones/deadlines we’ve agreed upon. Stay on top of those emails! They need your quick and undivided attention - please don’t let them slip through the cracks!

PAYMENT DEADLINES.
It is imperative that payment is made in a timely manner. Kindly refer to the Payment Terms outlined in our Master Service Agreement for information relating to the various payment methods, late fees and defaults of payments.
